All orders are dispatched from our warehouses situated in City of Industry within the USA.

We restrict shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and do not extend our services to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates, or any location outside the United States.

The processing time in our warehouse averages 2 days, with a total delivery time of 5 business days post-dispatch. Some orders from selected East Coast states may require additional time. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched on the subsequent business day.

Q1 | What do I need for bike-trailer mode?
A1: You’ll need the KING stroller frame plus a QUEEN (S or M) kennel, then attach the KING Trailer Kit. The kit’s tow arm connects the system to your bike to enable trailer (tow) mode.

Q2 | Is the installation tool-free? How fast is the setup?
A2: Yes. It’s a plug-in hitch bar with a quick connection—no special tools required. Once familiar, switching between stroller ⇄ bike-trailer mode takes just a couple of minutes.

Q3 | Any safety tips I should follow?
A3: Always secure the primary hitch and the wrap-around safety strap to the bike frame, and use a safety flag/reflector for visibility. Check fasteners and brakes before each ride, follow local cycling rules, and stay within the rated load/speed guidelines in the user manual.
