At FikaGO, we are dedicated to designing products that accompany you and your pets on all your daily adventures. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality, safety, and a long-lasting user experience.

30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your product is found to have a manufacturing defect (unrelated to human error) within 30 days of receipt, and the product remains in brand-new, unused condition, FikaGO will prioritize a fast and effective solution.

Depending on the situation, we will provide:

  • Replacement parts
  • A full product replacement (if necessary)

Our goal is to give you and your pet peace of mind as you begin your journey together.

Two-Year Limited Warranty

FikaGO provides a Two-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, effective from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, FikaGO will provide free replacement parts for defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use.

Note: Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Wheels (Special Term)

  • Warranty Period: 3 months
  • Coverage: Free replacement with no shipping fees.

Scope of Coverage

What is Covered

This warranty applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material flaws
  • Functional issues arising under normal use

What is Not Covered

1.Consumable and Wear-and-Tear Parts
The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Wheels and tires
  • Fabric components (canopies, seat covers, mesh panels, liners, etc.)
  • Leatherette or grips on handlebars
  • Other soft components subject to natural wear and tear

2. Misuse and External Factors

Damage caused by the following is excluded:

  • Failure to follow the instruction manual
  • Use in abnormal or extreme environments
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or structural alterations
  • Damage caused by pet behavior (scratching, biting, chewing, licking, accidents/elimination, etc.)
  • User negligence, improper handling, or misuse
  • Accidents, drops, or external impacts

3. Other Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Environmental damage (sun exposure, moisture, mold, dust, or chemical exposure)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with functionality, appearance, or design

Conditional Warranty Terms

During the warranty period, FikaGO reserves the right to make the final determination regarding:

  • Eligibility for warranty coverage
  • Whether to provide free replacement parts or repair services

In certain cases—particularly those falling between normal use and misuse—we may charge for:

  • Labor/repair fees
  • Parts and materials
  • Shipping and handling fees

How to File a Claim

  2. Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Clear photos or videos of the issue

Resolution and Parts

Fulfillment

Once approved, FikaGO will resolve the issue by:

  • Providing replacement parts (new or refurbished)
  • Providing equivalent functional parts

Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty. They remain covered under the original product's warranty period.

Discontinued Items

If the original part or product is discontinued, FikaGO will:

  • Provide a functionally equivalent substitute, or
  • Offer a paid upgrade option

Eligibility and Limitations

Non-Transferable

This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the product is resold or gifted, the warranty becomes void.

Disclaimer

FikaGO reserves the right to make the final decision on warranty claims. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and parts at any time without prior notice.

FikaGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the product.
