Should you need to return your item(s) purchased directly from our website we’ve made it easy for you!

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in new and unused condition.

How to Initiate a Return

First, let’s cover some basics to help avoid the whole Returns issue to begin with (if possible).

Measure Your Dog and Space

The top reason for returns is that customers purchase the wrong size. The absolute best way to ensure that you (and your pet) are completely satisfied with the items you purchase is, before you order, to take the time to measure your pet and measure the space where you intend to put the item. Then follow the guidelines for all products that have a Sizing Guide on the product page. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic or video evidence of the issue to process your full refund or replacement.

Returns are handled on an individual basis, and we reserve the right to refuse or deny a refund.

If your item is returned in used condition or there are signs of wear, any pet hair/dander, or damage your item will not be processed for a refund and you will be responsible for any cost associated with shipping the item back to you. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your pet.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or color, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. The item must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Items returned showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Any refund will be issued to the original purchaser only and credited back to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and will include the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, as these are non-refundable.
