Free Shipping
Orders exceeding $99 qualify for free UPS or FedEx Ground shipping, accessible only within the 48 contiguous United States. Currently, we are unable to accept orders for APO’s and P.O. Boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouses situated in City of Industry within the USA.
We restrict shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and do not extend our services to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates, or any location outside the United States.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe
The processing time in our warehouse averages 2 days, with a total delivery time of 7 business days post-dispatch. Some orders from selected East Coast states may require additional time. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched on the subsequent business day.

Shipping Carrier
We utilize UPS for order shipping.
Shipping Address
For dropshipping businesses, we welcome shipping addresses and any special instructions. If your order is a gift for friends or family at a different address, ensure that you provide detailed instructions during checkout.
Delivery to PO Boxes
We only accommodate deliveries to verified physical addresses and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Any alterations or modifications to the product will render the original warranty void. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled on the same day will not incur processing fees. If you cancel after the same day, avoid accepting the canceled package from UPS as you will be responsible for returning the package. For more details, please contact Customer Service at info@us.fikago.com
Damaged Items or Packages
Upon receipt of your item, thoroughly inspect it. If the package seems damaged, follow these steps:
Document the damage with photographs.
Immediately email us at info@us.fikago.com, attaching the photos.
We will get back to you with further instructions.
Retain the boxes and packaging materials, as discarding them may invalidate your claim with the shipping company.
*We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.
