All orders are dispatched from our warehouses situated in City of Industry within the USA.

We restrict shipping to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and do not extend our services to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, US Protectorates, or any location outside the United States.

The processing time in our warehouse averages 2 days, with a total delivery time of 5 business days post-dispatch. Some orders from selected East Coast states may require additional time. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched on the subsequent business day.

Q1 | Do I need tools to set it up? How fast is folding/unfolding?

A1: No tools required. QUEEN opens in about 1–2 minutes and folds down quickly for easy carrying or trunk storage.

Q2 | Is it suitable for indoor & outdoor use? How do I clean it?

A2: Yes. Five ventilation panels ensure airflow; the base is waterproof and the inner cushion cover is washable. Wipe the RePET fabric with a damp cloth for daily care.

Note: water-repellent ≠ fully waterproof—avoid prolonged heavy rain or direct sun/heat.

Q3 | Can QUEEN connect to KING to become a stroller or bike trailer?

A3: Yes—QUEEN S and M can connect to KING with the optional coupling kit to switch between stroller (push) and bike-trailer (tow) modes. Always follow the rated load, secure all attachment points, and use a pet safety tether; check brakes and local regulations before riding.
